La Motte, established in 1695, is a luxury boutique wine estate situated in Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands of South Africa. Over time the brand had become fragmented in the way it communicated its various offerings such as the vineyard, restaurant, art gallery and the farm stall.
Our brand essence ‘Timeless good taste’ was our platform to develop an understated yet timeless new visual language that highlighted the variety of experiences on offer at the estate. We needed to be mindful of retaining the equity already established, whilst creating a consistent identity for a brand that has been around for more than three centuries.
